Most of our days are spent on the 'paved' road of expectations, routines, and robotic cycles. But the most meaningful parts of who we are usually live on the unpaved sections. I help you find the awareness, traction, perspective, and spaciousness needed to navigate those paths with joy, confidence, gratitude, and authenticity.
Bio:
As a neurodivergent with 47 years around the sun, I’m not here as someone who has it all figured out—I’m here as someone who’s lived, questioned, struggled, and kept going. My path has been shaped by personal challenges, navigating contrary to societal design, deep self-reflection, and exploring a wide range of tools and approaches to better understand myself and how we move through life. As a parent of twins, partner, entrepreneur, and lifelong learner (this is just the short list), I bring real-world experience, curiosity, connection, and humility into this work.
I offer coaching as a co-explorer—walking alongside you as you navigate your own path, not prescribing one.
Philosophy
I believe life isn’t about finding a single “right” way, but about learning how to move with awareness, intention, and honesty. Sometimes that means shifting direction, revisiting old patterns, or stepping into the unknown. Sometimes it means carving a completely new path.
My approach is grounded in a few core principles:
Joy as a compass, not a reward
Presence as the starting point for change
Alignment between who you are and how you live
Connection to yourself and others
Being seen—clearly and without judgment
Together, we explore what’s been overtraveled, what’s been overlooked, and what might be waiting to emerge. This is not about fixing you—it’s about discovering what’s already there and choosing how you want to move forward.
Every meaningful journey begins with a single moment of curiosity. If you’re ready to move with more intention and less friction, I’m here to walk alongside you as a co-explorer.
I invite you to share a bit about where you are right now in the form below. Once you hit submit, I’ll reach out personally to coordinate a time for us to connect.
Thank you for showing up for yourself. I look forward to exploring together and showing up for you.
